Container Rotating Spreader is used to tilt forward and rotate a 20ft open top container. It can be matched with 45-ton standard reach stacker of Sany,XCMG, Kalmar and other brands. With a rated lifting capacity of 38 tons, the spreader can be used for fast cargo transfer between container and open freight car, as well as fast unloading of bulk cargo from open top containers.
It is equipped with many kinds of dust control measures to effectively control dust, such as dust guard and dual spray system, in response to the national strategy of blue sky development.

TONA Reach Stacker is a special engineering machine for loading, unloading and stacking 20/40ft containers, and advantaged by high safety, reliability and flexibility, easy operation and good maintainability. It is applicable to small and medium-sized ports, rail transit stations and road transit stations, and can also be used as auxiliary transfer equipment in large container terminals.
With different attachments, the Stacker can also handle and dump bulk containers, as well as lifting wind turbine towers, steel pipes and other objects.
