The closed container with a lid is transported in a fully sealed manner, ensuring no spillage, leakage, or dust pollution during transit. This spreader is specifically designed for lidded containers. During operation, it first automatically and smoothly opens the lid, then rotates forward to discharge bulk materials, enabling rapid unloading of bulk cargo from the container.
The equipment is compatible with quay cranes, gantry cranes, ship cranes. It features long mean time between failures (MTBF), outstanding stability and reliable performance.
Equipped with mature hydraulic and electrical control systems, it supports automated sequential actions including lid opening, material tipping and resetting. Multiple safety interlock devices are installed to prevent misoperation and avoid equipment collision risks. Compact structural layout delivers high operation efficiency while facilitating routine inspection and maintenance. It can adapt to various working conditions at terminals and bulk cargo yards, effectively cutting unloading cycle time and lowering overall operational costs.

• The spreader is equipped with five color lights, which can indicate positioning, twist-locking, container holding and other operations in real time, directly guiding the operator.

• The spreader must be lifted to the specified height before rotating operations can be carried out, ensuring safe and worry-free operation
• When operating in complex terrain, containers are prone to angular deviation. The left and right rotating mechanism automatically compensates for the rotation angle, eliminating angular errors and making rotating operations safer and more reliable.
